The Seven Habits of Highly Effective...Female Coaches?

Hey, looks like Buffalo assistant Ladi Iya is taking steps to be a better person. (How dare she!) She's been selected to the NCAA Women Coaches Academy, a program that helps women "in being more efficient, productive, resourceful and successful."
The academy is designed for women coaches who are ready and willing to increase their individual effectiveness by learning advanced skills and strategies that directly affect their personal and team success.

While we don't exactly know what any of that means, we continue to be impressed by the breadth of Stephen Covey's influence. That dude is EVERYWHERE, yo.
