Barboza, Engle, and Fawcett sign up for entire day of trying to hit over on two

So by now you've probably heard about the AVCA's Collegiate Beach Volleyball Championship that's taking place in San Diego on April 22. The eight teams have also been released, with some interesting pairings:

#1 Nebraska – Sarah Pavan (All-American and AVCA Player of the Year) / Jordan Larson (All-American)
#2 Stanford – Cynthia Barboza (All-American) / Bryn Kehoe (All-American)
#3 Penn State – Nicole Fawcett (All-American) / Roberta Holehouse
#4 Minnesota – Jessie Jones / Rachel Hartmann
#5 Texas – Ashley Engle (All-American) / Alyson Jennings
#6 Florida – Angie McGinnis (All-American) / Marcie Hampton
#7 San Diego – Jaimarie Sutherland / Andrea Csaszi
#8 Utah – Airial Salvo (All-American) /Sydney Anderson

Now, I'm not tremendously familiar with the offensive prowess of Kehoe, Holehouse, and Jennings, but I feel pretty confident saying they'll get every serve. All. Day. Long. Was Kristin Richards unavailable to play with Barboza? I know she's familiar with the game.

As for the Fawcett / Holehouse pairing (PSU's website pronunciation guide instructs you it's pronounced "HOLE-house," in case you thought it was pronounced "VES-ti-bule"), what, Hodge, Harmotto, and Price were all busy? Big sewing circle meeting that night?

At least Jennings has the O.C. in her blood, so she's gotta have some kind of beach game (as decreed by Costa Mesa common law). I'd be willing to put money on them to finish pretty high, along with San Diego's Sutherland and Csaszi. But if Kehoe has any beach game, you might as well give her and Barboza the title right now.
